When I got the job at Angel Broking, I was flooded with good wishes; but, along with the good wishes also came a plethora of unwanted comments. I heard people saying that such big companies are big in all departments, particularly office politics; there were also some who said that although these companies pay a high salary and offer a range of incentives, they never take care of their employees’ emotional well being. At that moment, those comments made me a bit apprehensive, but my father (who is also a client of Angel Broking for many years, much before I started working as an Angel employee) suggested that I should not make any idea about the company before actually spending time there. I think my father, as a result of being a client of the company for several years, knew that the working environment at the company is not as bad as my so called well wishers were predicting.
Soon, I discovered that at Angel the only thing that matters is the level of dedication one is ready to work with. The bosses here only want to make sure that the employees are dedicated and honest about work. They will never pressurize you about anything once they know that you are not looking to cheat.
It would be an absolute sin if I don’t talk about the working environment at Angel’s office. The working environment of the company is excellent to say the least. Every person working here always stays ready to help each other. The goal of everyone working at Angel is same i.e. helping the company to reach new heights and provide 100% satisfaction to clients. Last, but not least, this brokerage firm is a learning centre for anyone looking to make a great career in the stock market.
