I am Ruhi Malik, a graduate from Delhi. Now, I am pursuing my MBA through correspondence and also working at Angel Broking as a full-time employee. I joined the company when I was 24 and now after spending almost 3 years at Angel, I can say that these three years should surely be rated as the best three years of my life. I believe that for getting better three years, I’ll have to work for this amazing company for another three years.
Why I am so happy to be a part of Angel Broking? There are many reasons, but the one that definitely stands out is the work culture at the company. If you are ready to be honest and hardworking and want to reach great heights in the investment sector, you cannot get a better place to work than Angel Broking. The work culture of the company is fantastic to say the least. While every employee is provided with the right kind of support for offering their best performance, they are greeted with wonderful perks if they perform well and make clients happy.
You must be wondering that there may be times when I have failed to deliver as per the expectations of the clients or my bosses, what has happened to me then. To be true, this wonderful work culture at the company has ensured that I don’t fail in delivering my best performance. The one or two mistakes I have committed in the past three years have been managed well by my bosses and they have ensured that my mistakes does not cause any harm to the customers. After correcting the error, instead of rebuking me hard, my bosses have taught me ways of avoiding such mistakes in future. This is probably because they knew how honest I am about my work.
