I am Samir Rao, a 27 year old man from Ahmedabad. I am working in Angel Broking for the past 3 years and am writing this article just to express my gratitude to the company. Are you wondering why I am grateful to Angel Broking? You start guessing, while I begin explaining the reasons to you.
No, I am not grateful to Angel Broking because it has employed me and giving me a really handsome salary. I am grateful to the company mainly because it has taught me how to be a real professional. Angel is my second employer and before joining Angel I have worked for one of its rival organizations for more than 2 years. The working procedure of these two companies are as different as hale and heaven. My previous employer definitely looked for results, but never helped people working for the company by providing the right set of guidelines; the situation was the same even for people who have just joined the company or are new to this trade Yes, they didn’t have any guiding procedure even fore the beginners.
Angel Broking has an absolutely different approach. When I joined the company, the first thing they did to me is enriching me by making me attend several training sessions. Once I was trained aptly, they explained my goals to me. They were pretty clear about the kind of results they are expecting me to deliver; I never felt burdened for a moment as I found my boss backing and guiding me in every step.
With every single employee working hard to meet the goals set by the company, a dynamic environment is produced in the office. Additionally, Angel does enough to ensure that none of its employees feel suffocated and keep on organizing interesting events for them.
